What are the available modes of payment?

We accept payment using any of the following modes:

  • Major Credit Cards - Visa & Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayNow* to UEN 53432075M

 

*For PayNow payments, please send the screenshot of the successful transfer in reply to your confirmation email. Your orders will not be processed until we have received verification of payment.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided after you successfully checked out your loots. If you have yet to receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, our friendly staff should contact you to sort out any issues. Otherwise, feel free to get in touch with us.

Psst, we suggest that you also peep into your mailbox’s spam or junk folder just in case!

I have checked out my purchases. Can I still amend my order(s)?

Orders made are irreversible MUAHAHA~ Just kidding! Reply to us via the confirmation email and we'll do our best to accommodate your change-of-mind needs. Kindly note that we will not be able to amend your order if it has been fulfilled and sent out for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, cancellation of order is not allowed. You can consider to replace the item(s) ordered with other product(s) by amending your order though! Kindly note that we will not be able to amend your order if it has been fulfilled and sent out for delivery.

Why is my promo / discount code not working?

Your discount code might have expired or a technical glitch might have occured. If you are able to confirm that the discount code has not expired, please reach out to us. We'd be happy to assist :)

Shipping

What are the delivery & self-collection options available?

All our deliveries are made to your door-step by a courier service pawvider.

Self-collection is also available from our warehouse at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, main lobby. Instructions will be sent to you via email after your order is confirmed and ready to be collected.

Typically, your order should be ready for collection 24 hours after it has been confirmed. You will have to collect your items within 48 hours from point of notification. 

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we only ship locally within Singapore. Drop us a dm on instagram or leave us a message here if you need your loots to fly to you! We'll do what we can! :)

How much is the delivery fee?

For orders below $50, a nominal delivery fee of $5 would apply to your order.

Orders $50 and above enjoy free delivery to your door-step!

How long will the delivery take?

Your loots should reach you and your fur baby(ies) in 2 to 5 business days. 

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes! You may choose to self-collect your purchase from our warehouse at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, main lobby. Instructions will be sent to you via email after your order is confirmed and ready to be collected. Typically, your order should be ready for collection 24 hours after it has been confirmed. You will have to collect your items within 48 hours from point of notification.

Changed your mind about delivery? We're sorry but if you have carted out our your order, we will not be able to change shipping option to self-collection. Do drop us a dm on instagram and we can see how we can help you. 

How do I know if my order is ready for self-collection?

An email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout when your order is ready for collection. Pickup instructions will be provided in the email. You will have 48 hours to pickup your items.

If you have not received an email within 24 hours, do drop us a message on instagram. We will sort it out for you. :)

Can I track my order?

Fur sure! Even though we’ll provide updates at every stage of your order - from the moment you place it, to despatch and delivery - you will also receive a tracking reference along with your delivery confirmation email. Feel free to use that to eyeball the movement of your happy mail!

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Typically, orders with available stock are fulfilled and sent out for delivery by the next working day. You will also receive an email once your happy mail is set on its path to you and your fur baby(ies).

Thereafter, it should take between 2-5 working days to reach you. Sit tight!

Do you offer urgent or time-specific deliveries?

Yes, we do. Urgent or time-specific deliveries will be fulfilled under our Shipping Plus option (at $15). Do confirm the availability with us before placing your orders to avoid any disappointment.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you have yet to receive your order, you may opt to amend your order instead. See here.

If you have already received your order, please note that we will only permit exchange of item(s) due to the following reasons:

  • Past its expiry date
  • Damaged condition upon delivery
  • Delivery of wrong items


We only accept returns for items with no available stock for exchange.
All returns or exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days from receiving your order, in its original packaging and condition (i.e. unopened, unused, unsoiled).

Please email us with your order invoice number before returning your items to us to avoid disappointments.

How do I return an item?

Hold up! Please contact us at hello@allthepawsomethings.com or in reply to your order confirmation/invoice email before proceeding to arrange for return. More instructions will be provided once your exchange or return request has been accepted.

YES, WE SHOULD. If you can be so kind to drop us a dm on our instagram @allthepawsomethings or send us a note here, we'd be more than happy to consider bringing onboard the goodie! Do tell us more about why your pupper would swear by it (if only dogs could talk :'))!
