Before serving: The frozen meal can be left to thaw in the refrigerator the night before. Serve once thawed. All meals are packed in food safe, BPA-free pouches/tubs. Pouches that we use for our dog food are also puncture proof and sous vide grade. To maintain optimal levels of nutrition, do not re cook or microwave the food.

Picky Eaters/Sensitive Stomachs
Dog: Soak the already thawed meal pouch in hot water of not more than 100 degrees Celsius for up to three minutes before feeding.
